New-fashioned and soundproof rooms with TV, big balcony plus minibar and very good service - just as we expected. The breakfast was above average with beverage and fresh juices, as example, exactly what we required.

Unexpected early check-in delight
I was thrilled when I arrived at 7 am and my room was already ready. The breakfast spread was a feast, and the staff were warm and accommodating.
The cleanliness left something to be desired. The mini bar fridge was dirty, and I found used glasses were not replaced , disappointing.

Room cleanliness left much to be desired, and the noise from nearby nightclubs ruined the quiet atmosphere!!! Management should address maintenance issues and provide adequate response to guest complaints!!!

Location was great and the room was clean.
I did not like the room. It was very small. The bathroom was too small. I did not like that there was no Privacy Tag on the door, so at 9:00 am the cleaning staff will come and knock on your door to clean the room. It was very frustrating because we were on vacation and we wanted to sleep.

Great for families looking for comfort
I loved how the staff, especially Guzel, were great too help us when my kid was sick. They delivered special food to our room which was really thoughtful.
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly worth it for the service and comfort we received.

The room was very uncomfortable and small. The bathroom was just big enough to get in and use the facilities - no room for two !! Not much choice of food at breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was perfect and had amazingly nice and extremely polite staff that were provided excellent service. I had well priced room with views. The atmosphere created was elegant. The breakfast was fresh and offered a lot of options.
